2010 September

Weekly rate $1245 / 7 nights, includes cleaning and taxes
Nightly rate $200, plus $125 cleaning

2010 October - December

Weekly rate $749 / 7 nights includes all cleaning and taxes
Nightly rate $125, plus cleaning $125

2011 April - May

Weekly rate $1250 / 7nts - includes cleaning / tax
$200 / night plus $125 cleaning

2011 June - September Peak Season

Weekly discount window begins November 1-28, 2010 for repeat guests only. On November 29, 2010 all remaining dates and discounts will be available to non repeat guests.

Holding a Reservation:
Reservation will be held with a $300 security deposit (refunded upon successful check out), balance due 90 days prior to reservation date.

Check in 4:00pm / Check out 10:00am. Weekly rentals only during Peak Season, but will consider optional dates based on availability. Until confirmed, all rates subject to change without notice. Certain rates quoted will not reflect Holiday Season pricing.
