Home is equipped with two (2) thermostats. The first is located next to the half bath on the main level the second is located next to the full bath on the second floor. Adjust the temperatures to a comfortable level, but please leave both thermostats on “AUTO” - reference signs adjacent to each thermostat for instructions

THE HOME IS ON A SEPTIC SYSTEM. TO ENSURE IT FUNCTIONS CORRECTLY, IT IS IMPORTANT NOT TO DISPOSE OF EXCESS FOOD, PERSONAL PRODUCTS, CIGARETTES OR ANY COOKING GREASE DOWN THE DRAINS. THIS WILL CAUSE IMPROPER BREAKDOWN AND LEAD TO SEPTIC BACK UPS.

The Stereo / DVD / CD combo is located in the TV cabinet in the living room. Simply choose the function you would like to use, including surround sound or music channels by selecting the “TV” function on the component. This will give you the ability to listen to XM Satellite Radio via the television unit in Stereo. All remotes are located in the rooms in which they are compatible with.

The dock is on a beginner winch system and can be adjusted during your stay if you need to float out as water levels fluctuate. Make sure you have the locking system set to avoid too much slack in the steel cables being released. There are two winches located on each side of the dock. It is best to let the same number of feet out on each side to ensure the dock floats in the correct position. If you need assistance, please call and we will be happy to assist.

The Fire Pit: Is located in the back of the home with spectacular views of the lake. TVA regulates that fires are to be kept within this area only. Please do not leave fires unattended without adult supervision.

If you would like to dispose of trash during your stay there are 3 dumpsters located at Boat Dock #1 in the development. You will need the key card to the access the security gate which is located in the kitchen, hanging on log post.

The Grill: the propane tank should be in the off position. To use simply turn flow of propane “on” and push ignition button. If propane tank goes empty during your stay there will always be a spare tank in the Garage.

The Canoe: when checking out, please put back in the garage with both paddles

The Hot Tub: Please replace cover after each use to help promote heat containment, child safety and cleanliness. No more than 6 adults in the tub at a time. Excessive cleaning could result in additional charges to Lessor. Children are prohibited from using without adult supervision. Please reference warning sign and Hot Tub Policies posted on location.

NO PETS allowed

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE HOME - any sign of smoking in the home will result in automatic cleaning charges.

DO NOT DISPOSE OF CIGARETTES OUTSIDE AS THIS MAY CAUSE A FIRE
