Check out will be no later than 10:00am on the date of departure.  The key to the home and the key card to the marina should be placed in the same location they were found.  If the home key is not returned you will be charged two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) to replace the locks.  If gate key card for ramp & boat docks is not left at the property upon check out there will be an additional one hundred and fifty ($150.00) dollars replacement fee.

•   Please load the dishwasher and run prior to check out
•  Place all used linens and bath towels in the laundry room
•   Remove all food from refrigerator and cabinets
•   Return all furniture to original location
•   Put all trash in plastic bags and place in trash containers located in garage with lids
•   Check entire home for personal belongings
•   Turn off all lights and televisions
•   Return all remotes to television and stereo to original location (they are all labeled)
•   Turn off gas grill - replace grill cover (make sure grill is NOT hot)
•   Set both thermostats to posted settings (see sign next to each thermostat)
•   Close and lock all windows and doors
•   Shut garage door
•   Put Canoe back into the garage with both paddles
•   Return key to lock box on porch and marina key card to original location
